What does climb the ranks mean in Carve a Pumpkin on Roblox?
The official Roblox description lists five loop steps: carve to theme, decorate, vote, earn Stars and Coins, and unlock new items and climb the ranks Verified · Checked 2026-10-11 . That wording confirms ranks are part of the intended progression, but it does not publish title names, Star cutoffs, or whether ranks unlock tools. Treat any third-party tier list as unverified unless you see the same label in your own client.
This guide covers nameplate titles and Stars totals we could read in two third-party gameplay videos uploaded 2026-10-10 and 2026-10-11. It does not explain carving technique (see how to carve and how to play), shop tabs (see coins, stars and shop and customize your pumpkin), or what first-place pumpkins looked like (see what wins). It also is not about Pumpkin Carving Simulator ranks or Fortnite island progression—use the which Carve a Pumpkin? page if search results mixed games.
Where do rank titles show up in the game?
In the footage we reviewed, rank text floats above the player name tag in the 3D lobby and carving scenes—the same strip that shows usernames during rounds. We did not find a dedicated Ranks or Profile screen in the exported frames. That means most players probably discover a new title when the label above their head changes after a results screen.
The bottom-left HUD still tracks Coins and Stars as numbers; those counters are documented with payout examples on the coins, stars and shop guide. Rank titles and the Stars number are related in the samples we saw, but the game never spells out a formula on screen.

Illustrative ladder summarizing title strings read on nameplates in two videos. Star examples come from HUD readings in that footage only; they are not confirmed promotion thresholds.
Which rank names did we read in October 2026 footage?
The table below lists exact English strings on nameplates. Times are approximate because both uploads contain jump cuts.
| Title on nameplate | Who had it | Approx. Stars on HUD (same session) | Video |
|---|---|---|---|
| Beginner | Recording player | 8, then 19 | WRXWjjoXVlo |
| Carver | Recording player | 56, 65, 66, 84 | WRXWjjoXVlo; gw8giYWu3Ss |
| Skilled Carver | Recording player | about 109, 112 | WRXWjjoXVlo; gw8giYWu3Ss |
| Expert Carver | Another player in the server | not tied to recording player Stars | WRXWjjoXVlo |
Expert Carver appeared only on someone else’s nameplate in the footage we reviewed. We cannot say what Star total unlocks it, or whether it sits immediately after Skilled Carver, because we never saw the recording player hold that title.
How do Stars connect to rank progression after voting?
After each round, the client shows a Player Scores board with one integer beside each player name. In eight out of eight rounds where both the board and the Stars counter were readable, the recording player’s Stars total increased by exactly that board integer (for example +14, +18, +11). That pattern is documented with coin payouts on the voting and results guide and the coins, stars and shop guide.

Conceptual flow matching eight readable rounds in the two videos. The math from vote stars to the board number is not yet verified—only the board number to Stars delta.
Official copy never defines how vote UI maps to the board integer. Do not treat sample board integers as rules when planning rank grinding. Per-round examples (+14 through +20 in Andre’s six readable rounds; +11 and +15 in two KawaiiCreeper rounds) live on the voting and results guide with timestamps—this page only tracks how those jumps relate to nameplate titles.
What rank-related things are not on the Roblox store page?

Gameplay footage nonetheless shows VIP Only labels on some shop cards; how VIP status is granted inside the client is not yet verified and may not appear in the store API at all.
Badges: Roblox lists a single enabled badge, Welcome!, granted on first play (235,586 total awards and 61,404 in the past day as of 2026-10-12 on the badges API) Verified · Checked 2026-10-12 . That badge is an account trophy, not the same as the Carver nameplate titles above your head in a round.
In Andre se hace Gamer’s video (~16:00), the lobby near the shop shows MOST STARS and MOST COINS wall boards with large totals (for example 2.3K on the Stars side in one frame) Verified · Checked 2026-10-12 . We treat those as separate UI from per-round Player Scores and from nameplate text; how they are ranked or reset is not yet verified. Web search hits for carve a pumpkin roblox leaderboard often point at unrelated gear—match place ID 98648469784274 first.
How might ranks relate to unlocks and shop items?
Official copy ties climb the ranks to unlocking new items alongside Stars and Coins Verified · Checked 2026-10-11 , but none of the frames we reviewed showed a shop row locked behind a nameplate title. Shop tabs, VIP Only labels, and Playtime Rewards are covered on coins, stars and shop. Whether any item requires Carver or Skilled Carver is not yet verified—watch your nameplate change while you grind Stars if you want to test it.

Our suggestions (not game mechanics)
- Track Stars after each round before chasing a title. In our footage, title text updated shortly after the Stars counter jumped.
- Aim for consistent top-three placements if you want faster Stars growth, because board integers were higher for better ranks in the samples on the voting guide—this is observation, not a promised reward table.
- Learn the round loop first (beginner guide) so you are not surprised when a new theme appears while you still read Beginner on your nameplate (themes guide).
- Ignore simulator tier lists that mention Candy codes or 2018 tools; they describe a different Roblox game (which Carve a Pumpkin?).
